Originally a native of Virginia, Stefanie decided to trade the cold winters of the northern states for the beauty and sunny weather of Southwest Florida 17 years ago. Through her experiences of real estate and connections in the community, Stefanie has developed a vast knowledge of Southwest Florida by also living in three different parts of Lee County, Cape Coral, Buckingham/Lehigh Acres, and now the McGregor area of Fort Myers. When not working to help families find homes, Stefanie enjoys her family time with her two kids and husband by attending local sporting events, boating on the beautiful Caloosahatchee River and Gulf Beaches, and jogging the neighborhoods of McGregor Road.
